Abandoned Carts 1.0.4 Release Notes
Abandoned Carts 1.0.4 contains fixes, It is recommended that you upgrade to 1.0.4 as soon as possible.
Enhancements in 1.0.4
- A new default value for the expiration date has been set as 10 days instead of 2 days.
- Any saved carts older than the expiration date are deleted from the database. This prevents expired carts from become valid again if a customer returns to the site outside of the expiraton period and also prevents additional emails. Note that this does not prevent a cart from being recovered if a customer returns outside of this period as the cart data is also stored in the customers cookies.
- When a customer returned to the site and completed an order not all data was being captured correctly about the order which meant the converted order status didn't update corectly. Now patched.
Upgrade Instructions
- Delete the abandoned_carts directory from your stores modules/plugins/ directory and replace it with the 1.0.4 files found in the downloadable zip file.
