Ebay Sales 3.0.12 Release Notes
Ebay sales 3.0.12 contains fixes and new features. It is recommended that you upgrade to 3.0.12 as soon as possible.
Why is there no version 3.0.11?
Version 3.0.11 was compiled and issued directly to a handful of customers to test. Since it was released to a handful of customer we are opting to merge 3.0.11 changes into 3.0.12 and just release 3.0.12 instead.
Issues resolved
- When the module would download a list of recommended item specific names and values for a selected category, the list of options would be limited to 25 items. This is now capped at the maximum value of 2147483647 items
- Linking the module to an Ebay account may not work correctly. Pressing the "Get Session" link would cause Ebay to show "You've logged out". This is resolved in this release.
- Documentation for image use in html templates has been revised
- When cloning a product it's possible that the target product may pick up duplicate item specific data which can cause issues. This was corrected
- CRITICAL FIX: When picking a category for a product, the module is no longer pulling recommended Item Specifics to be populated. This is preventing newly configured items from being sent to Ebay in some cases. This release contains a temporary work around to this issue. A future release of the Ebay Sales module (4.0) will remove this functionality and replace it with a more modern, alternative method.
Improvements
- Ebay API version numbers updated to the latest versions
- Modified some of the links used by the module as they no longer worked in CubeCart 5.
Upgrade Instructions
- Delete the ebay_sales directory from your stores modules/plugins/ directory and replace it with the files found in the downloadable zip file.
