File Uload 1.0.4 Release Notes
File Upload 1.0.4 contains fixes and enhancements, It is recommended that you upgrade as soon as possible.
Enhancements
- The method used to add the modules javascript files with the store theme has been rebuilt to use an alternate method. This will resolve issues where some browsers refuse to include the javascript files with a non javascript file extension.
Fixes
- Removed a hook from the module which is no longer required and could cause newer versions of the Foundation theme to throw a script error.
Upgrade Instructions
- Upload the "file_upload" directory within the zip file below directly over your existing file_upload directory which is found in /modules/plugins/. Replace any files if prompted.
NOTE: Do not delete the file_upload plugin and replace with this one. Deleting the directory will delete your uploaded files! - In the store admin area, navigate to "Manage Hooks" , "File Upload" and press
. This step refreshes the hooks which have been adjusted in this release - In the store admin area, navigate to "Manage Extension", "File Upload", validate your license file is showing as valid. Press
, then clear your store cache. This will trigger the generation of a Javascript file which gets included by your store theme.
