Ebay Orders 1.1.14 Release Notes
Ebay Orders 1.1.14 contains enhancements, fixes and new features. It is recommended that you upgrade as soon as possible.
Enhancements
- The Ebay Orders module has been updated to use the most recent version of the Ebay API
New Features
- If a buyer is making use of the Ebay Global Shipping program the seller needs to know the reference number to add to the shipping label. This is now imported as a NOTE against the order.
- Two new settings have been made available. "Enable Random Email addresses for imported customers" and "Random Email Domain". When enabled, new customers will be imported with a random email address at the domain specified. This means that customers who try to register in the future will not be given an error message about an existing email address. It is recommended that you set the domain to be the same domain as your store.
Special note: new Ebay orders from existing Ebay customers may still use the email address defined against the customer account rather than generate a random email address.
Fixes
- Variation mappings may not be added correctly and would result in an SQL error. This is now fixed.
Upgrade Instructions
- Delete the ebay_orders directory from your stores modules/plugins/ directory and replace it with the files found in the downloadable zip file.
- Within the Ebay Orders module, click on the "Product Mapping" tab, then click the link to "Force Update the Mapping Database"
