NoTax - Exclude Specified Customers from Tax

NoTax is a plugin for CubeCart version 5 which allows you to prevent tax from being applied to specific customers and record a customers unique tax reference number.

During the checkout process, tax is not applied to the shopping basket totals and  tax groups are not displayed. For all other users, the normal tax process applies.
